Can't download from youtube (being approved)

When I try to download a youtube video it says "Failed - Forbidden" Any help?

For some YouTube videos, downloading fails...sorry about that, we're working to keep it better updated.  Downloading should, though, work for most videos on YouTube...if it keeps failing, then something strange may be going on.  At the bottom of Epic's settings page, try clicking "Reset Epic", then close/re-open Epic and see if downloading videos now works.
