click on installer....wont get browser...says fail

when i click on installer it keeps saying fail when trying to get browser.....i tried shutting firewall and security off.....still nothing.....please help

Does anyone have any ideas?  I sent all my thoughts via email.  It may be an issue connecting to our CDN so please try installing Epic via another wifi connection or direct connection.
