How to tell if Epic has need to be updated

This is a general question,

Under the "About" menu item - I never see Epic show that it is updating itself. And I don't see a "current version" displayed on the Epic website either for me to compare the installed version to.

How do I tell that Epic needs to be updated to a newer version?

Hi Dave, Epic for Windows does in fact auto-update.  On the Mac, you'll get a notice when you open Epic that a new version is available to download and a link to it.
