Same IP Address in Epic and Chrome

If I run WHOAMI it returns the exact same IP address if I'm in Epic or Chrome. Does that mean Epic's proxy isn't working? Thx.

Probably.  If both have the same IP then Epic's proxy may be off or there could be some issue.  If it's on but the server is down, then you should get an error that the page could not be loaded.
