Encrypted icon at page Top Right missing

The icon at page Top Right with which to turn on Country Encrypted is gone.  And, if Encrypt Data is switched to Yes, that immediately re-turns to No.  How is the feature to be enabled?

The Encrypt Data requests an https connection to a website -- if the site doesn't support https then it will immediately go back to No.  That's why that's happening.  It's basically that the website doesn't support an Encrypted data connection.

Don't worry, the encrypted proxy is totally separate and is always encrypting data between you and the proxy server.
