Can't open my Comcast email (being approved)

Hello,
I just installed Epic today, I cant open my Comcast email using Epic. I sign in and it goes into a indefinite loading.
Any help would be appreciated.

In the umbrella button, try setting Block Ads and Trackers to No. 

Also, try accessing it with the proxy off.

See if either helps.
