Cannot install any extension

Hi

This mornig I have downloaded and installed epic Version 62.0.3202.94. Unfortunately I couldn't play any video on the newspapaper site "tagi.ch". Therefore I tried to install one of the offered extensions (IE Tab to get ActiveX support). Epic doesn't install it. Epic has blocked and I have to use the taskmanager to kill it. This behaviour occurs on all extensions. I was not able to intstall one of the offered seven extensions.

I use Win10-64 home, fully updated. Has anybody with the same OS successful installed an extension?
