Using links opens Chrome instead

I have Epic as the default browser but sometimes whenever I hit a link it will open Chrome instead. And this happens when Chrome is 1) not open 2) cleared from the Processes in Task Manager.

Thanks for reporting this.  Not sure what's going on -- it should be fixed with a major update in a few weeks we hope.
