Web site shortcut 'drag and drop' not working in Epic (being approved)

I have many short cut icons to various web sites on my desk top. When I drag and drop any one of those short cuts on to the Firefox short cut on the desktop, Firefox browser opens the corresponding web page. If I drag and drop any website short cut on to Opera shortcut on my desk top, Opera browser opens that web page.

I am unable to get Epic Browser to do this. Epic opens but instead of opening the relevant web page the following message only appears on a blank Epic page:-

How can I resolve this problem?
