Are you using a Chrome OS device?
Epic unfortunately doesn't work on Chrome OS devices...we're not sure why. An Epic update is in the works soon.

Try a different proxy or none. See the message before this one "Chan".

Also Windows 10 seems to be not performing properly. Hopefully the pending update can help.
