Hi Rob, Enabled: "Yes" means yes it is enabled...and "No" means no it isn't enabled.  We probably could simplify that to Enabled / Not Enabled?!  What do you think?  The proxy is always enabled unless a user manually disables it for a website.  Many sites block access via proxy hence we support the whitelist.
