It's a good question. See if you can figure out how to reset it?

Go to extensions (3 dots upper RH), uncheck Adblocker, select remove, close Epic, counter should reset to 0 upon restart.

Yes, without doing a small "hack", that count now tracks your all-time trackers blocked.
