You can import passwords into Epic via the Bookmark manager.  In the bookmarks menu, click on the three dots at the top right.  Then import the file.  I don't think it takes CSV files though, but rather OPML files...so you'll need to convert your CSV file into that format I believe.  I'm not sure about this / haven't tried it, but I believe this is accurate.
