Hi Epic. I'm trying to play BBC radio 5 Live - not a programme that is blocked for 'rights reasons' or anything else, and it plays when I use Firefox, etc. I guess Epic is blocking it from being opened properly and I wondered if there is a fix?
URL: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/ then when you press the station, the radio app box opens but never loads (after 30 secs or so, a pre-set 'The sound of silence' comes up).
And it doesn't matter whether the proxy is on or off.
Many thanks

We're not sure why it's not working. Have you tried via the umbrella button to allow ads/tracking for the bbc? Did that help? Did the recent update correct this?

Hi Sai
Thanks for your reply. I've tried via the umbrella but the radio still doesn't load; and the upgrade hasn't helped.
It would be good to hear if you, or anyone else, have any other ideas.
Thanks

I am having the same problem with an NPR station. Any solution?

I checked it with the Proxy enabled, Mac OS 11.4 and it's fine.
Click on the padlock/settings in the URL bar and see if there is something enabled that might affect it.
Good luck
