Freezing browser

having problems with the browser freezing becus off the flashplayer keeps stopping and cant do anything nott good when in the middle off a game and loosing things becus off the browser freezing up been doing it now for days thought it was my connection but thats not the case at 100mbg fibre line is not the problem sort it need my epic to be right or i cant do much with out it guys thanks
