Hi all, I take this opportunity to say that I am very satisfied of this browser ![]()
I think that the only flaw is the software update method, it is a little "invasive".
First of all, there are many startup processes: http://jmp.sh/hAwI3th
Then, there is always a background process(even if the browser is not started).
At last, epic browser adds a plugin(Epic Privacy Browser Update) in Google Chrome browser.
My question is: another software update method is possible?
For example an autonomous(from Chrome) built-in "check for updates" when Epic browser starts?

Maybe, it only matters to me ![]()

Hi Temelix,
Thanks for writing us,
Epic for windows uses open source update manager called Omaha. "Check for updates " is not implemented in windows versions. As of now we don't have any plans to give "Check for updates"
