Why does Epic not resolve addresses such as this?

Selecting such urls from BadBlue news aggregator yields "Web Page not Available."

That stratfor webpage loaded fine for me just now in Epic with the proxy on--any luck for the urls working?

It now works for me, too. For two days or so there was a glitch somewhere preventing those shortened url's from loading out of the BadBlue news aggregator.
