Crashing Flash player/showing update banner

flash player saying needs update done that still showing updated task bar at top of browser updated everything that can be updated so dont no wat else to try to fix it and flash player keeps crashing or freezing the browser sometimes closing epic altogether updated to version  it says it needs everything is right installed wise even re installed epic and still having the same problems any idea's peoples please thanks

I am seeing "Could not load Shockwave Flash" on a banner above the web page.  This happened after I updated Adobe Flash to v13.0.0.182 about a day or two ago.
