Xat chatbox is not opening in epic browser

I sent the following msg on 27.04.2014, but not yet replied,

Pl send me reply

In epic browser,  whenever I am using xat site, the concerned page is opening, but the chatbox of xat site is not opening.
where as for other browsers the chatbox of xat site is opening as usual.
I am having windows 7 & latest version of epic browser os loaded.
Also, latest version of adobe flash player is loaded.
please treat the matter as urgent, as I am not able to open xat chat box.

Hi, it is working here. Looks like the site is loading some third party software, so go to umbrella button and set Block third party cookies to No and Block Ads and Trackers to No and see. It should work.

I blocked the third party cookies as adevised by you n the xat chatbox is opening.
