ip not masked

recently , with global proxy enabled, doesn't mask my ip.
In the past my ip was an ip fro us.

Sorry about that, our proxy provider wasn't very reliable for a week or two...we've in the past two weeks improved our bandwidth capacity 10x so that there aren't any future issues.  We're also going to insure the proxy fails rather than goes through directly.
