xat chatbox is not opening

In epic browser,  whenever I am using xat site, the concerned page is opening, but the chatbox of xat site is not opening.

where as for other browsers the chatbox of xat site is opening as usual.

I am having windows 7 & latest version of epic browser os loaded.

Also, latest version of adobe flash player is loaded.

please treat the matter as urgent, as I am not able to open xat chat box.

xat chat box works when you disable "Block third party cookies",  "Block ads and trackers" via  Umbrella button.

DEar Sri Sai,

The XAT box is opening after following ur advise,i.e, blocking third party...........

Also i informed u the same, may be i sent msg wrongly.
