Great browser, good job.
But I can't find a way to disable this new popoup warning when closing multiple tabs. I think it's really annoying.
I know there are folks out there who like it, but a lot of us don't. So why don't you just set up a preference so we can chose to get the warning message, if we want it? That would make everybody happy.
Meanwhile, If someone knows how to get rid of that warning, please, I beg you, let me know.
Thanks!

i wish they keep this option or just remove the warning code

Unfortunately we don't have a option to stop this warning.
Our team had a very big debate on this issue. Finally we decided to keep this warning message.
One of the reason is , we are not saving any of your browsing history. If you close your window accidentally (not by a browser crash), it is not possible to get your tabs. So we are showing this warning message before closing window.
Thanks,
Sathi

Sorry for responding to an old thread, but has there been a change of direction on the warning message when closing the browser?
My 2 cents though you have a valid point on the decision to keep this warning message, it should not be forced in on the user. At least the user needs to be provided the choice in the Preferences to disable the waring.
Appreciate the time and effort put into this browser.

Please just make this optional, leaving it on by default and include the necessary data loss warning in the agreement. Your browser seems to be aimed towards internet power users and being unable to just quit (cmd+q) the program without having to touch the mouse is kind of silly. Or just release two versions, "pro" and "for dummies".
There is no better "power browser" (in terms oldschool internet ethics, just click the link and go to the page directly) alternatiive than epic: no torch browser for mac (porn browser i cal it), brave steals info, firefox is soon to be chromium based, opera is chromium, vivadi is cool but glitchy, safari is a marketing tool and so on so big hopes!!!!!!! Best of luck!!!!

Thanks so much for your support!!
We'll try to make this an option in the settings at some point. It's a lot of work to keep updating the browser and protect our online privacy, so we're mostly focused on updates and privacy protections, but we'll try to make this an option in time...but it make take us some time, we're a small team...so bear with us. And do keep making mentions of this if you really need this option so we can keep gauging interest in it.

Add me to the list to have this option.

If anything, I can ask my friend, he understands these things

This has been discussed frequently and will be implemented in the next update. A reminder is in the hopper.

It has been implemented. On Epic's settings page under Appearance, uncheck "Show warning before quitting..."
