Flash Player does not load videos on several websites

Hi!

How can I fix the flash-player-crash on popular websites like nytimes.com or vimeo.com?

Either the Flashplayer does not load the video (when I am using the integrated Pepper-Flash) or the Flashplayer crashes completely (when I am using Flash 13.0.0.214).

I am using:
- OSX 10.9.3
- Epic Version 34.0.1771.0 (243083)
- Flashplayer Version 13.0.0.214
