I'm trying to watch films through Amazon's Instant Video service, but every video I try just crashes Silverlight before the video even starts. I'm not sure what to do about it. To test whether it was Silverlight in general that was messing up I tried playing a game through Silverlight and it ran without crashing. Interestingly, the movie trailers on Amazon Instant Video work fine. I'm running Epic version 34.0.1841.20 on a Windows 7 64-bit. Please help.

Thank you. In the meantime, is there some sort of temporary fix or should I just use another browser for my Amazon needs?

Hi ,
Sorry for delay and inconvenience. We are suspecting one of our feature causing this problem. We are looking into that.
We will get an update a.s.a.p

Hi,
Can you tell us your flash version??
Is it most recent version?

Sorry it took so long to respond. According to the adobe website my current Flash version is 13,0,0,133. IDK if it is the most recent version, but when I go to the Adobe website it tells me that chromium automatically updates Flash itself and I don't need to download updates.
