Hello!
I have been using Epic Browser for the last few days, with no trouble using the built-in proxy. However, today I noticed that the 'plug' button turned into a puzzle piece. I restarted my browser and now I do not have a proxy option anywhere on the right-hand side of the address bar.
Doing a quick search of this Help & Troubleshooting forum, I tried to locate an answer to this problem. I could not find one. Could you please advise as to how I could get this feature back?

Hi Taralegh,
Thanks for using Epic and writing us. We are sorry for inconvenience.
Can you do one quick thing, click on wench menu -> settings->show on Advanced settings -> Network section.
Then check and un check Disable epic proxy, see if you get proxy icon back.
If the problem still persists, please share your Operating system details and Epic browser version

Hello!
Thank you for your prompt response. I have tried to disable and re-able the Disable epic proxy button in settings, as well as restoring the browser settings. After exiting and reloading multiple times - as well as a full computer reboot - the button did not appear again.
Currently, I am using Windows 7 Home Premium (with Service Pack 1) as my operating system. My Epic Browser is Version 34.0.1841.20 (251262).
As I needed the proxy feature immediately, I DID do a full uninstall and re-installed the browser software. This DID restore the proxy button. Though I would still like to work through what might have caused this problem! In case it happens again in the future.
Thanks!

Sathi - just a followup to the above chain. I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium - service pack 1. have all the latest updates from Microsoft, etc.
Epic Browser version is Version 38.0.2125.111 (290621)
I noticed today that the icon displaying the proxy state was completely missing. So I tried your suggestion above to the other individual's problem (i.e. going into advanced settings, disabling the proxy and enabling it again). It brought the icon back immediately without any need for a restart. Just FYI.
Regards.

Hi pawan,
Yes, Epic will load all its features (e.g proxy )on browser start. If any of the feature crashes/misses in a browser session,or restarting we are loading all the features again.
Keep posting us.
Thanks you,
