Proxy

The proxy has been almost unusable the last 2 days. Keeps hanging and is very slow. Is this a permanent situation since the proxy seems to have changed ip addresses?

We will check our network traffic.
Is the browser hanging  while using proxy or web pages are not loading smoothly??

It hangs and is very slow. I have to keep reloading over and over again hoping to get it to work.
