toolbar in black and white

When I installed Epic it worked well. But after a while the toolbar turned to blackand white. How can I come back to normal? Thank you.

I don't see how to post a screenshot. Strangely enough, the colours are back in the screenshot, whereas they remain black and white in Epic. There are some coloured spots like for isnstance the proxy button.
Should I perhaps download it again? This happened when I registered.
