Hi all, Can you tell me how to reproduce this? I tried cmd + Q several times, it did not crash for me.
On OS X 10.6.8 and 10.8.5
1. Update to current version 34.0.1771.0 (243083) via automatic updater.
2. After automatic restart, on system message that Epic crashed, click "ignore".
3. Quit Epic
4. Delete HiddenReflex Folder in ~/Library/ Application Support
5. Delete HiddenReflex Folder in ~/Library/Caches
6. Empty Trash
7. Start Epic
8. Hit Cmd-W until no window
9. Hit Cmd-Q to quit
10. System message pops up that Epic crashed.

Dang near every time I get the same crash… "quit unexpectedly" ..
Command Q or quitting from the menu… windows open or no windows open.

I did send the requested email to sai and cc to alok, with three crash reports, as a zip file.
"About" gives me "Version 34.0.1771.0 (243083)"
"Check for Update" says: "Epic 2453 is currently the newest version available.
Are these consistent, do both refer to the same version?

Yes, We found this bug is coming when you are doing command + quit. I was able to reproduce this bug, and we are working on it and will soon release an update

I'm new on EPIC ( Version 34.0.1771.0 (243083) . Is it serious if every time I quit EPIC, it shows a crash report (as I see it's done in the past for others). It doesn't bother me, but if it's causing a problem I cannot see, I'd like to know how to correct it. Thanks!

Newest version of Epic
Got a crash first time I opened and closed it (no crash report, just spinning rainbow hung the Mac)
Restarted, found something called VDCAssistant causing crash reports, 'oogled that and disabled it.
Tried Epic again and it appears to have opened and closed successfully this time

Same problem is back again with the latest release, "Epic did not close properly ..." -- looking at the Console (I had to restart the Mac, it hung with the spinning rainbow trying to close Epic)

Sorry for the delay, I'd quit watching here and quit using Epic.
The step to cause the crash was: try to close Epic.
That's all, every time.
I'll try it again now and see if anything has changed since then.

OK, today, Epic opens, works, closes, and reopens without a crash.
This is Version 38.0.2125.111 (278856)
OSX 10.9.5
Here's all I see in Console, it's still complaining about a few things in case this is useful:
