proxy certificate invalid

I'm getting the following error message for all websites I try to access when global proxy is enabled:

"This webpage is not available

Less
The webpage at [http://www.???.com/] might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error code: ERR_PROXY_CERTIFICATE_INVALID"
