Not able to connect with the proxy at all today. Can disable the proxy and connect to the internet without any problem. Did the earthquake disable the California proxy? Should I uninstall and re-install the browser? Please help.

Hi,
We are running fair number of proxy servers in different locations, whenever you are unable to connect to proxy, just quit and restart your browser, you will be connected to a different proxy server.
Yesterday two of our servers were down. So you would have faced some problems.
Thank You
Sai

I had already tried what you suggested without any success. I uninstalled and re-installed Epic Privacy Browser and connected through a proxy immediately. All continued to be well today and evening.
Thanks.

Hello Epic,
Could not seem to connect via the Proxy once again. I am using PeerBlock and I've noticed the following IP's popping up every time I open Epic:
204.27.56.170 - Fujitsu Australia Ltd.
208.94.247.130 - Savvis
199.217.118.201 - Hosting Solutions International, Inc.
These IP's are blocked by my Firewall and PeerBlock automatically. Would like to know if these IP's are related to the Proxy that may be causing the problem. If they are, then I would make exclusions for these IP's.
Thanks and more power!!!!

Hi Mephistopheles666,
Thanks for your support.
Yes, these IP addresses are ours. You can make exceptions to these addresses.

Hi Sathi,
Thank you for the feedback. I have made exceptions for the above IP addresses in my Firewall and PeerBlock. However, to make sure that the proxy will function properly, the following IP's are also from:
Fujitsu Australia, Ltd. - 203.16.213.38
203.178.148.19
204.27.58.34
204.160.115.252
204.160.119.254
Savvis - 207.123.53.253
209.84.15.252
209.84.26.126
209.84.27.252
Is it safe to say that these IP's are from you? Can you please confirm so that I can make exclusions for them as well to ensure that the proxy will work smoothly.
Thank you again and more power!!!

Hi Sathi,
In addition, as soon as I allowed the above IP's, PeerBlock and my Firewall was flooded with this IP:
Aarons.Net - 204.27.58.34
The proxy bogged down again so it may be your IP. I checked the source and it showed Joe's Datacenter, LLC which is located in Kansas City, MO. Could this be related to you?
Thanks you and more power!!!!

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience,
One of our proxy server has been failing badly because of some hardware problem, I just restarted, it needs an immediate upgrade (very soon today it will be done), but rest of other five proxy servers are working fine, you can restart browser and connect to them
Thank You,
Sai
