Comments on websites not showing, they were at one time

Comments on websites not showing, they were at one time. Sites like Salon, Huffington Post, Slate and other webzines that have comment sections do not load. Something has been tured off/on and I can't find it (I'm not techie enough, sorry) Help!

It is usually third-party cookies blocked. You can go Content-Settings->Unset Block third Party cookies
