Setting the Home Page

Greetings,

I am a newbie and was just wondering how to set my Home page to a specific URL using Epic Privacy Browser (Version 34.0.1841.39 (251262))?

Hi hsp7777,

Type chrome://settings in url bar, then go to Appearance section, set the show home page check box.  Just below the check box you can see "Change" , clicking on this opens on popup, Enter the site you want as your home page and click ok. Please check the following screenshot.

If I change my home page does it still use epic search even if the search engine on the new home page is a different search engine

Home page and default search engine are different. Home page is something like a bookmarking a page with easy access. All your search queries from url bar go through default search engines.   At this point we are not offering a  multiple default search engines.

Hi thanks for the fast reply so would I be correct to assume that no matter which home page I use I will be using epic seach which is what I want so my web surfing remains private

Hi does epic have an official home page  with wall paper

We are sorry for this, at this point we don't have an homepage with wall paper. In fact we are not supporting the themes.
