hacking epic

I m getting into a site just for fun and play some times and i 'm having problem with epic while i m in the middle of a game the game stops a pop up messege from the site apearing says that i dont have a connection but it s totaly fake because i can play ather games. Is this hacking or is something alse?
And can i do something about it with epic or it s no use to try at all ?

Are you using our proxy service while playing games?
I don't think so its hack !! . We are very secure.  may be you are loosing internet for few seconds??

Can you tell us  which website you are visiting , we will try to reproduce here.
