Epic Search Stopped Returning Any Results

I upgraded/replaced my antivirus software today (Norton), and now Epic Search (epicsearch -- this forum won't let me post the full URL, but it's the Epic Search Engine) returns 0 results no matter what I put in the search box.  I've had Epic for some time, and perhaps I had to allow some port in the antivirus settings to get it to work initially, but it's been so long I don't remember anymore. The Help page is not very helpful.

I've rebooted several times, so that is not the answer....

Thanks for your support, sorry for inconvenience. Our search engine down for couple of hours. it's up now. Please let us know if search results are not coming.
Keep posting us, if there any issues.
