Adobe

I use Facebook and when I try to play their games, I get the message that Adobe flash player is not installed. This never used to happen until a few days ago. It works with Google and IE. I have re-installed it but I still get the same message. I tried to install by selecting the different browser but Epics not there. Only Opera,Chromium IE and Firefox.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. Epic Version 39.0.2171.71(290621)   Im not sure how to add screen shots to this reply, but it just says,''No Flash Player Found''.  Beside it is a button to download Adobe flash player. Thank you for your reply.

Hi mtregunna,

we have tested facebook games runs on flash, they are working fine for us.  Flash is working in other sites ??
Can you open Epic and type chrome://flash and copy the content and paste here !!

When I put chrome://flash in the search box, I just get a list of a lot of websites as you do when you search for anything. Thank you.

Just to let you know I have done a complete un-install of Epic and re-installed it again and still have the same problems. One game I cannot play on my facebook page is PAPA BEAR SAGA among others.
One other request, if I do a search, I can only get 5 pages of results. How can I get more? Thank you gain.

Hello again. I have just found that if I ''DISABLE PROXY GLOBALLY'', by clicking the icon in my address bar, I am able to play the games. Maybe this will help you and any other users who may have the same problem in future. Many thanks for trying to sort this for me and I apologise for wasting your time.

I think something wrong with flash. In epic can you navigate to  chrome://plugins -> clock on details on right side of the page then disable pepper flash. Try loading  pepper saga game in fb. You can check in following screenshot.

Hello Have tried what you suggested but no, it didnt make it work. The only way I can get it to work is to disable proxy globally. Then it works ok. Thankyou.

Great. If you disable your proxy, you may have to compromise on your privacy. I suggest you to use proxy always. Keep posting us if there are any issues.

The use of Adobe Flash has been discontinued/depracated.

There is a setting in EPIC under preferences/Privacy and Security/Settings/Permissions  enable Flash.
I hope this answers your concern.
