When proxy is activated no websites load

Hi,
I'm using Epic    Version 39.0.2171.71 (290621) on a Win 7 64 bit system.
Whenever the proxy is activated, Epic doesn't work, after address is entered, I receive,

"No data received, reload button and more button"  reload gets same message, "more button" which then displays,

"Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

In the past I had no problems using Epic Proxy, I've tried restarting Epic, redoing all my settings, searching Epic forums for this problem, got one hit, with no help. Also experiencing Amazon site dropping after 10 seconds w/ Snap..... try again, only to repeat same issue. Don't care about Amazon issue, do care that I can't use Epic proxy.

What does Epic suggest?

Sorry for the inconvenience. If  you can report the ip of proxy, it would be helpful for us to debug. Ill anyway check the proxy servers today.
