Repeated same update over and over

My firewall / HIPS (Agnitum Outpost) keeps picking up the same epic update, the same version as it is already, running several times a day. I ok it but it keeps repeating

Version 39.0.2171.99

There is EPICUPDATE.EXE and MINI_INSTALLER.EXE - I'll recheck their permissions in firewall
