Hi guys. Many thanks for Epic. It is the only browser I use unless I need to use Amazon, which i typically do a lot. Can you please give an update as to what the issue is and if you think it is possible to solve the problem?

Me too. When I click on any item there, it either doesn't load or loads for a few seconds and then I get the "Oh Snap" message with the grey background.

We already released an update (39.0.2171.99) to fix this issue, can you check your epic' version. You epic should be updated by now. Please let us know, if amazon still crashes for you.

Amazon Smile is still crashing for me, and I don't see an option to manually update Epic. It says I'm running Version 39.0.2171.71 (290621). (Using Windows XP.)

Are you running any Anti virus software ??
Can you check in the task manager EpicUpdate.exe is running or not ?

Amazon is not loading properly for me. It loads the site, but it's basic and no graphics. I don't know which version of Epic I'm using, and don't know how to update it either. Any suggestions?
