Thanks for the post. Have you tried Epic Privacy Browser's proxy service. We have dedicated proxy service integrated with strong proxy encryption.

We don't mistrust but we also don't trust other proxy services at this moment.  Please remember that the Web of Trust was recently caught selling their users' browsing histories -- this is a common practice among many add-ons. 

WHICH is why we operate our own search engine (we do mistrust the privacy of every other search engine out there) and our own encrypted proxy network -- to provide you privacy I can personally and all of us here can stand behind.

We have dozens of servers powering our encrypted proxy now in eight countries so it's faster and more robust than ever :-).
