Re-starting Epic Privacy Browser

I've read from time to time that Epic Privacy Browser should be re-started occasionally to insure optimum performance. Can I get the same effect by clearing browser data without re-starting the browser?

You may not get by the optimum performance by clearing the browser data. Better if you restart Epic.
