Online Payment difficulty

This is for the first time I am facing this problem. While making online payment using my Visa Debit Card I find as soon as I try to put my password the page disappears. I tried several times to reload the page but the result is the same. As a consequence I could not make a payment. This happened yesterday as well as today and this is for the first time I am experiencing it. Please advise.

I am having the same problem.  As soon as I try to type in my password I get the "Aw Snap" page.  Can someone please look into this?
