Epic and Sandboxie

Hello, I have just installed Epic, which seems to be doing great, although I am still trying to make it work alongside Appguard.
But here is my question : I use it sandboxed, and when I close it, Sandboxie says ipconfig.exe couldn't run in the sandbox. Is that normal and should I allow it ?
