both functions suddenly no longer work as they did previously, after logging on to TDAmeritrade the ThinkorSwim "install" exe file re-loads each time, a separate issue that began occuring at or around the same time is everytime I bring up audio an streaming link, an mp4 file attempts to download, but streaming never begins.
i reloaded mozilla firefox to see if it was indeed related to browser and both functions work fine using firefox.
any ideas? thanks, sam
