Not seeing the Proxy button...

I've spend a good 30 minutes trying to figure out what's going on with the proxy button.
I've got Epic browser 1.9.9.1 - just installed.
I'm not seeing any proxy button..
What could be wrong?

Some users don't see a proxy button and we have no idea why not!!!!  This is rather rare and perplexing?!  You can try a complete uninstall and re-install if you're on Windows.  Follow these instructions:
