Unable to play videos

I am running Win 10 and Epic Version 48.0.2553.0 but am unable to play any videos, I used to be able to but not any longer so something has changed. Can anyone offer any advice or assistance please.

I am also having this issue as of late. Just started happening a couple days ago. Everything else will load, but not the video- just white.

Videos on which sites?  Netflix?  Netflix won't work anymore unless you're in Windows Epic and have installed IE Tab.  Videos on all other sites should work fine??!!!
