Downloaded Epic browser but when I clicked setup nothing happened

I downloaded Epic browser but when I clicked EpicSetup.exe nothing happened.  There was no indication that my virus checker blocked anything.  EpicSetup.exe appeared in my download folder but would not install the program.

That's not good.  What version of Windows do you use?  Epic no longer is able to support Windows XP due to Chromium not supporting XP anymore.
