Hi, sorry for this issue. We have NO IDEA why the proxy isn't working on Mac Sierra. We're working on this. If anyone has any ideas or a solution, please let us know!! Any hard core networking folks please make any suggestions you have, thanks!!
That said, Epic otherwise works great with the proxy turned off in Sierra...so that works for now and we should have a fix for the proxy soon. To turn the proxy off, just click the top right green button to make it red.

Turning off the proxy works great for websites that are not search engines. But a huge percentage of using a browser is searching for stuff and clicking on it.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add the option to turn off proxy for searching. Every time the proxies are down (hundreds of times a year), I have to use another browser. I really want to use only Epic.
Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply here. Hopefully all Sierra users got an update about seven weeks ago which has a working encrypted proxy once again!
Unfortunately since the Mac proxies are now on different servers, Mac users can't access the servers in seven new countries which Windows users can...but we're hoping to rectify this soon. In the mean, Mac users please do keep our encrypted proxy servers on for maximum privacy and they should be quite fast :-D!
