Search results in Russian

Epic search likes to give me results from mostly Russian sites, which are useless to me. How can I exclude such results or reset the search engine to work properly?

There may be a few Russian results but it should mostly be in English.  Our search engine is powered by Yandex so there are some Russian results now and then even for English search queries.
