IP Address remains exactly the same. Ientifies me as being on BT in Sheffield.
I'm not in Sheffield I'm in N Wales but that's my usual BT IP addy.
So how come that hasn't changed?

It may be plugins leaking your actual IP address. For maximum protection it's recommended to set plugins to click to play or disable them in Epic's settings.

To access the Epic VPN, I apparently have to click on an icon on the top right part of the screen. I cannot find this icon. Please help.

Argh! Try this to get the proxy back, at the bottom of Epic's settings page, click on "Reset Epic" and then close/re-open Epic. That should bring the proxy icon back (at the top right).
