Number of addressed in proxy

How many ip addresses are associated with each proxy in epic? Example, how many ip addresses are available when I use the Singapore option? If there are multiple, how often do they cycle, and can a user force them to cycle or change them at will?

We have between 2 to 15 IPs for each proxy at this point and they cycle randomly when you open/close Epic.
